Overview

The Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 is a semi-automatic .22 Long Rifle rifle that replicates the appearance, ergonomics, and handling of an AR-15. Introduced in 2009, it features a 16-inch barrel, a 10 or 25-round magazine, and a direct AR-15-compatible controls layout. The M&P15-22 uses a blowback action with a polymer upper and lower receiver. It provides an affordable and low-recoil training platform for AR-15 shooters. The M&P15-22 has become one of the best-selling .22 LR rifles in America.
