Marlin 795

The Marlin 795 is a semi-automatic .22 Long Rifle rifle introduced in the 1980s as a detachable-magazine version of the Marlin Model 60. It features a 10-round detachable box magazine, a 18-inch or 19-inch barrel, and a synthetic or wood stock. The 795 uses the same proven last-shot bolt hold-open and Micro-Groove rifling as the Model 60. It offers the same reliability and accuracy as the tube-fed Model 60 but with the convenience of detachable magazines. The Marlin 795 was a popular budget rimfire rifle until production was discontinued after the Remington acquisition.
