M7 Grenade Launcher

The M7 was a spigot-type rifle grenade launcher designed to mount on the M1 Garand rifle. It attached to the flash hider or bayonet lug and launched 22mm rifle grenades using a special blank cartridge. The M7 was the standard US rifle grenade launcher system during and after World War II.
