Mossberg 590A1

The Mossberg 590A1 is a heavy-barreled 12-gauge pump-action shotgun that is the only shotgun to meet and pass the stringent U.S. military MIL-S-3443G specification for combat shotguns. It features a thicker-walled barrel than the standard Mossberg 500, a metal trigger guard and safety button instead of polymer components, and a bayonet lug that accommodates the standard M16 bayonet.
