Ruger LC9

The Ruger LC9 is a slim, lightweight semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9x19mm, introduced by Ruger in 2011 for concealed carry. It features a 7-round magazine capacity, a 3.12-inch barrel, and a striker-fired mechanism. The LC9 has a manual safety, a loaded chamber indicator, and a magazine disconnect safety. It was upgraded to the LC9s in 2014 with a lighter, smoother trigger system. The LC9 was one of Ruger's first purpose-built deep concealment pistols and competed directly with the Smith & Wesson Shield and Kimber Solo.
