Mossberg 835 Ulti-Mag

The Mossberg 835 Ulti-Mag is a pump-action shotgun chambered for 3.5-inch magnum 12 gauge shells, introduced in 1988. It features an overbored barrel with a .775-inch bore diameter—larger than the standard .729 inches—which reduces felt recoil and improves shot patterns. Designed for waterfowl and turkey hunting, it was among the first production shotguns to chamber the 3.5-inch shell.
