Hush Puppy (S&W Model 39 Suppressed)

The Hush Puppy is a suppressed variant of the Smith & Wesson Model 39 pistol, developed by the US Naval Ordnance Test Station at China Lake for Navy SEALs during the Vietnam War. It features a unique two-piece aluminum suppressor that allows the slide to cycle while remaining attached. The weapon was used for sentry elimination and close-quarters operations in the jungles of Vietnam.
