Overview

The Enfield No. 2 Mk I is a British top-break revolver developed at the Royal Small Arms Factory Enfield. It was adopted as the standard British military sidearm alongside the Webley Mk IV. The revolver was chambered in .38 S&W and used a six-shot cylinder with a swing-open action. It featured a simpler double-action-only mechanism in later Mk I variants. The Enfield No. 2 was widely used throughout the British Empire during World War II. It is known for its robust top-break design and reliable service in harsh conditions.
