The Carl Gustav m/45, commonly known as the Swedish K, is a Swedish submachine gun designed by Gunnar Johnsson with a distinctive tubular receiver and fixed perforated barrel jacket. It was renowned for its extreme reliability, simplicity, and ease of field stripping without tools. The m/45 was widely exported and saw extensive service with U.S. special forces in Vietnam.
