Calico M950

The Calico M950 is a 9x19mm semi-automatic pistol featuring a radical top-mounted helical magazine holding 50 or 100 rounds, giving it the highest standard capacity of any factory pistol ever produced. The cylindrical magazine sits above the barrel and feeds cartridges through a spiral track, allowing an extremely compact package despite the massive ammunition capacity. The M950 uses a roller-delayed blowback action derived from the Heckler & Koch G3 rifle and features a full-length sighting rib that runs above the magazine. The Calico's futuristic appearance made it a staple of 1990s science fiction films including Spaceballs and Total Recall, and the platform remains one of the most visually distinctive firearms ever commercially produced.
