Sako / SAKO-Valmet

The RK 95 TP is a select-fire assault rifle manufactured by Sako in Finland. It was adopted by the Finnish Defence Forces in 1995 as an upgrade to the earlier Valmet RK 62. The RK 95 is chambered in 7.62x39mm and features a railed receiver cover, a muzzle brake, and telescoping stock. It retains the basic AK-pattern long-stroke gas piston action but with Finnish accuracy improvements. The rifle can be fitted with a scope mount without removing the iron sights.
