The Panzerfaust 30 was the first mass-produced version of the German disposable anti-tank recoilless launcher. It consisted of a simple steel tube with a propellant charge and a fin-stabilized HEAT warhead. The weapon was cheap to produce and gave individual infantrymen an effective anti-tank weapon for the first time.
