12.7x108mm Sniper & Precision Rifles

The KSVK is a Russian bolt-action anti-materiel sniper rifle chambered in 12.7x108mm. It was developed by the Degtyaryov Plant in Kovrov and introduced in the late 1990s. The KSVK uses a bullpup configuration with the bolt action located behind the trigger group. This design allows for a longer barrel while maintaining a compact overall length. The rifle has a large, cylindrical muzzle brake that reduces recoil significantly. The receiver is made from steel and the barrel is a heavy-profile, free-floated design. The KSVK is designed to engage light armored vehicles, parked aircraft, radar equipment, and other high-value targets at long range. It is used primarily by Russian special forces and reconnaissance units.
